Glucose syrup (43/82)ºBrix, ideal for sugars and sweets. Get more elastic textures and better yields in the freezing of their products.

Description

Recommendations for use

Once opened, remove the same quantity to be consumed in the manufacturing process. The rest of the product must be covered with waxed paper and keep refrigerated. We recommend using the GHP and GMP mandatory food in general.

Storage conditions and distribution

We recommend using clean, cool and dry, avoiding suddens changes in temperature and humidity.
