Use

This sweet cheese cream is designed for the cheesecake, it has basically three forms of use:

  • Mixed with semi-cold 50% whipped cream
  • On top of a shortbread (cooked)
  • Added to a sponge cake before baking for cookin
  • Put on a cake with some fruit jam
