Recommendations for use
For its flavour and texture, the nougat in paste is very versatile. Could be used to prepare desserts, semi-frozen cakes, mousses, creams etc. Although not strictly necessary and in accordance with Good Handling Practices, we recommend that, once opened, keep it tightly closed and refrigerated until final consumption.
