Our hot gel is made from glucose and sugars with gelatine to obtain a product that provides brightness for both methods of application in hot and cold application. With the Solgi gloss gel you get extraordinary results for toppings, shines, decorations etc.
Being a product produced under the strictest sanitary requirements and with the same raw materials as those used in traditional pastry bakeries and with the advantage that the product is ready for use, we avoid disruption of production process, the dangers of pollution and so on. Be safe in working with a product that meets all quality standards. Store it in a cold and dry place.
Application in hot (more than 80ºC): could be applied directly or with one part water (in this case, you must let the solution stand at least 3 minutes before applying.
