Use

Our blowed sugar for decoration is made from selected sugar and egg white. It is mainly used in the decoration of confectionery and bakery products, being its most recognized use, the decoration of the KING’S CAKE.

Recommendations for use

Although our sugar blowed for decoration is perfectly packed in modified atmosphere to prevent rancidity and moisture absorption, in Solgi we recommend keeping the product in a cool and dry place.
